Founder and Principal Consultant, Dr. Ronald J. Wojcik brings deep practical experience-based insight to the challenges that companies and development organizations face in crafting product and system solutions that apply or manage new technology.

 

This experience includes senior management responsibilities for telecommunications research and development organizations from both a service provider and vendor systems provider perspective.  Dr. Wojcik brings over twenty-five years of success working Tier 1 Telecommunications ranging from the development and implementation of network-based revenue-rich Advanced Intelligent Network Services to the development and deployment of Operational Support Systems that are managing emerging voice and data technologies.

 

Dr. Wojcik has spent his career working and managing the full spectrum of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management challenges.

Pragmatic! Solutions provides consulting services to technology-driven companies and organizations in the Telecommunications and Information Technology fields.

 

The challenge most often faced is to effectively, efficiently and immediately address technology-driven changes that are being piece-parted throughout an organization.  The silo syndrome works against all three of these business imperatives, especially in larger and more complex organizations.
